From our recipe book # 3! Daisy Honey:
1 liter of water 1/4 lemon with peel 1/4 orange with peel 1 hand of daisies 1 kg granulated sugar
Preparation: Boil daisies in 1 liter of water with the lemons and orange pieces and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside and let cover for 24 hours.
Strain the next day with a fine sieve or cloth. Add 1 kg of sugar to the cold daisies. While stirring, bring to a boil. Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes - 2 hours simmer slowly. Then fill it hot into jars, seal airtight and let cool in the refrigerator. The daisy honey is best stored cool (10 - 18 ° C).
