You are welcome to move into your room from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m., for organizational reasons we ask you to inform us about dinner by phone on

+43 7564 5047 or by email at urlaub@sonnfeld.com.

We ask for your understanding that if you arrive after 7 p.m., dinner is no longer possible.

CHECK OUT

Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for the next guest.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay your bill on site in cash, with a debit card (EC card), VISA

or pay with a Master Card.

DRESS

We kindly ask that you dress appropriately for dinner.

Sweatpants are not allowed.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for your understanding that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

- 30 - 14 days before arrival | 50% of the booked stay
- 13 - 7 days before arrival | 75% of the booked stay
- Within the last week before the arrival date and in case of no-show | 100% of the booked stay

A free cancellation can be made up to 1 month before arrival.

The cancellation must be made by 6 p.m. on the respective day. Thanks very much!

OUR SAUNA PLACE

You can use our small wellness oasis free of charge. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in our sauna area.

ALLERGENS AND VEGAN NUTRITION

In order to be able to offer you a stress-free and relaxing holiday, we ask you to inform us of any allergies at least 2 days before arrival. 
We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately cannot offer any vegan dishes.
