  • When can we move into our rooms (check-in)?
    Your room is ready for you from 2 p.m. Our standard check-in time is from 2pm to 6pm. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance. We ask for your understanding that if you arrive after 7 p.m., dinner is no longer possible. You can reach us at any time on +43 7564 5047 or
  • How long can we use our room on the day of departure (check-out)?
    Your room is available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to settle your room bill on the evening before departure.
  • Does my room have a balcony?
    All of our wonderful feel-good rooms have a balcony.
  • What does the half-board include and which clothes do you want?
    Our pampering half-board includes our rich breakfast buffet and our 4-course evening menu of your choice. This consists of a salad and starter from the buffet, soup, a choice of 3 main courses (daily one vegetarian dish) and a choice of dessert or cheese. We serve our gala dinner once a week. (Mostly Tuesdays) In the summer months, weather permitting, there is a weekly barbecue evening on our panorama terrace. We ask that you dress appropriately for dinner. Sweatpants are not allowed.
  • What are the meal times?
    You can enjoy our breakfast buffet from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our restaurant. In the winter months we may welcome you from 7.45 a.m. We could come to your dinner table between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In summer when the weather is nice, we welcome you at our panoramic terrace. Please wait in front of our restaurant on the day of arrival. We will be happy to bring you to your table, which is reserved for you for the entire stay. We ask that you dress appropriately for dinner. Sweatpants are not allowed.
  • I have an allergy / intolerance. Is that possible?
    We are happy to take your food allergies into consideration. Please inform us as soon as possible, but absolutely before your arrival, about your intolerances. In this way you enable us to run smoothly in the kitchen.
  • How long is the Berglounge bar open?
    Our mountain lounge bar is opened for you from midday to midnight. However, we reserve the right to close it earlier if there are no more guests in it.
  • Where and how do I get my personal Pyhrn-Priel Card?
    You will receive your free, personal Pyhrn-Priel Card from us at the hotel at the day of your arrival. If you want to use this in the morning at the day of arrival, you are welcome to check in earlier and pick up your Pyhrn-Priel Card. In order to save you valuable time at the reception, we ask you to fill out our online check-in in advance. You will find the link for this in your personal booking confirmation. The card is valid from May - October.
  • When is the sauna area open?
    Our sauna area has the following opening hours: Winter months from December - April: daily from 3:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Summer months from May - October: daily - on request Please let us know 30 minutes before using our sauna area. Then we will be happy to prepare everything for you.
  • Is there a parking place?
    Sufficient parking spaces are available directly at our hotel. Usage is free.
  • Which means of payment are possible?

  • Cancellation & travel insurance?
    Cancellations are unpleasant – for you and for us. We therefore ask you to inform us in good time and in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply: 30 - 14 days before arrival | 50% of the booked stay 13 - 7 days before arrival | 75% of the booked stay Within the last week before the arrival date and no-show | 100% of the booked stay A free cancellation can be made up to 1 month before arrival . Cancellations must be made by 6 p.m. on the day in question. Thank you! Travel cancellation insurance We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in case something comes up.   • Smoker or non-smoker?
    Is NOT permitted in the entire hotel! Please use the ashtray on your balcony or in front of the entrance door. We also ask you not to smoke during dinner on our panoramic terrace.
  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
  • Is there a charging facility for my electric car?
    If you arrive with your electric car, you are welcome to fill up at our e-charging stations for a fee. You can get the cards for activating the charging station at reception.
  • Is there a place to park my bike?
    You are welcome to safely store the bicycles you have brought with you.
