Good morning, Hinterstoder.
The day begins with a generous breakfast buffet. Renate is the first in the house every morning and prepares everything with love – so that you can start your day in the mountains well fortified.
Dinner · 6:00–7:30 pm
The 4-course choice menu.
Salad and starters from the buffet, a soup, a choice of three main courses – one vegetarian every day –, dessert and cheese board. Alois, Alex and Angela cook traditional dishes from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Usually on Tuesdays we serve a festive gala dinner; in summer, in fine weather, there is a barbecue evening on the panorama terrace. You will have a fixed table for your stay.

Our hostess Marina is a certified sommelière and loves Austrian wine culture. For our wine list she has put together a small, fine selection of top Austrian wines.
In the evening she is happy to advise you at the table and find the right wine for your menu. You don't have to finish your bottle in one evening – we will gladly serve it again the next evening.

Sporty is fine for breakfast. In the evening we appreciate “casual chic” – jogging and tracksuit bottoms are kindly not welcome at dinner.

According to a WWF study (2016), 587,000 tonnes of food end up in the bin in Austria every year. That's why our portions are deliberately measured – and we are happy to serve more.
What does the gourmet half board include?
A generous breakfast buffet and a 4-course choice menu in the evening: salad and starters from the buffet, soup, a choice of three main courses – one vegetarian every day –, dessert and cheese board. Usually on Tuesdays there is a gala dinner and, in summer and in fine weather, a barbecue evening on the panorama terrace.
What are the meal times?
Breakfast from 7:45 to 10:00 am, dinner from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. You will have a fixed table for your stay.

Are there vegan dishes?
Unfortunately we cannot offer vegan dishes. However, there is a vegetarian main course to choose from every day.
Can I eat in the restaurant without staying at the hotel?
Our restaurant is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

How long is the Bar & Mountain Lounge open?
From noon to midnight – if no guests are left, we may close earlier. We also serve our own spirits such as the Alpengin.
